The sketch for the postage stamp "The Ukrainian Dream" and the postal First Day Cover is a drawing by Sofia Kravchuk, an 11-year-old girl, the winner of the Ukrainian competition of drawings and photographs "What is Ukraine for me?", which took place in 2021 as part of the celebration of the 30th anniversary of Ukraine's Independence. 6,134 participants took part in the competition and contributed 10,276 works. Sofia Kravchuk’s dream of a happy future for Ukraine is associated with the winged “Mriya” (“The Dream”). The sketch for the postage stamp "The Ukrainian Dream" shows a Ukrainian plane An-225 “Mriya”, decorated with pink flowers, flying to the stars.
